I have mono. It isn’t too fun. I am tired, and my throat hurts. I sleep til 11am and I don’t get to go to school. Yeah, so I am a little lucky. I learned some pretty interesting facts about mono, and I will share them with you.*Some people carry mono, aka EBF, all of their lives, but never produce the symptoms. But they spread it to other people. *Symptoms include-fever -sore throat *-enlarged lymph nodes, especially in the neck (CMV) *-malaise (vague ill feeling) *-frequent tiredness or fatigue *-loss of appetite -muscular aches or stiffness*(I have the ones that are starred)*Mono can cause the spleen to become enlarged. If this happens, and you are tackled or something, the spleen can rupture and cause you to bleed to death.*Mono can be spread through the exchanging of saliva or tears.Those are pleasant huh?Being sick has some advantages. My wonderful boyfriend whom I love has stopped by a couple of times. He even brought me a gorgeous sketch book. He is great. Saturday we, as in Jon and I, are going to Jon’s friend’s party. It is his birthday and he is having a toga party. I am really excited.on Sunday, it will be PT’s last sermon. This won’t be too pleasant. It is also his going away party. Okay, no more talk about him.I have so much homework since I have been gone the whole week. But I am going to go play SIMS now. I think. I don’t really want to, but I just might. Advice for the day: DANCE!

Well, pretty soon I will be off to the cabin! I know you will miss me But do not fret. I will be back on Sunday in time to see you all.In school today, I tried really super hard to stay awake. But it didn’t really work.I really have nothing else to share with any of you. I can if you ask me, but I shall go now. Bye!

You will never guess what I did today!DDR!!!It was exhilerating. (sp?) At Carmike. I wished Justin was there though, it would have been funner. Yes, funner.School was pretty okay today. My math teacher was really nice to me, and I don’t think I did too awful on my chem test. Just sorta awful. I am so excited for this weekend at the cabin. I hope Jon is excited too. I think he is. But anyways, I need to go now. I have a Key Club meeting in the morning, and I must not miss another one. Song; Wonderful by Everclear

SATURDAY
Work- Fun as usual.
Shopping- Great, spent all of my money.
Home- Nothing exciting, except I got my report card. F in math, parents aren’t too happy.
TODAYChurch- Good as always. PT preached about change. Justin came to Genesis which was new, yet I was happy. Jamaica Presentation- Hectic. But we got it done, and hopefully we will get people to sponsor the boys. It was nice to reminisce about the trip. Birthday party- not all it should be cracked up to be. I got a cool picture from my grandma. This is it. Yes, it is different, but I like it. And I got $40 for Best Buy. My parents also gave me my letter jacket.

THIS WEEK
Monday- School, will suck. Nothing else planned.
Tuesday- School, probably better than Monday. Coffee with small group.
Wednesday- School, will be long, waiting for it to be over. Evening- Probably church, maybe not because I will be heading up to the Dibbern cabin. I am super excited.
Thursday thru Saturday- Spent at the cabin.
Sunday- Church, nursery, High Praise.

Nothing really more to say now. I think I will go talk to Celeste now. She must hate me for not sending her yearbook yet, but I was stupid not to. So she will forgive, and I have learned better. Night.

Justin bring up an interesting point. Do people really read these diaries just to learn more about us? I really don’t update that often. Are people losing interest in my life? Well from now on I shall update almost daily! You will be able to know how I am feeling, and when I am feeling it. You will get so sick of me! So how am I doing? I am doing pretty okay. I got my hair hi-lighted last night. It looks nice. So tonight I am working. And then I am planning on going to a movie with the crew. I love movie nights! I am really glad it’s today. Why? Because it is PAYDAY! Woohoo. Man, I cannot get ahold of Nikki. How aggravating.So anyways. Tomorrow, Smash and I are going to go shopping! I am excited. Maybe we will go to Maplewood Mall. And then on Sunday it is church, then the Jamaica presentation, and then birthday party. High Praise is playing at church and I would really like to go, seeing as I am the soundboarder , but the birthday party is for me, my cousin, and my uncle. It isn’t even my birthday until November 2, but Sunday is the only day that we can do it. I have no idea how I am going to get to work…. maybe Justin, maybe I will walk. Yeah. Right. Movie night may be cancelled tonight. Tuck Everlasting is playing too early, and Nikki and I won’t be off yet. Geez, I was super excited to see it! I was so looking forward, but oh well.
